Su WON CHO

su won 1.JPG

Su Won Cho (b. 2000) has a distinctive, bold, graphic style that is immediately recognizable. In his work on paper, Cho's subject matter ranges from animals, to athletes, to police officers, with the figures positioned dynamically in space. Most of his images are paired with titles written in Korean. Color is added selectively using acrylic paint stick and marker. Cho also maintains a private sketchbook of drawings inspired by stories from the bible.

Cho's work has been exhibited at the Outsider Art Fair (NYC) as well as local venues in and around Philadelphia. Cho was born in South Korea and currently lives in Wayne, PA with his family.
