REMOTE SERVICES
Since March 16th, 2020, the studio at Center for Creative Works has been closed in response to the Covid-19 outbreak. After shutting our doors, administrative staff immediately went to work on setting up a remote services option, to give our current roster of participants an opportunity to engage with us while our physical site is inaccessible. Every day, our teaching artists work with CCW artists in individualized art lessons, and in the past few months many have learned to use digital programs, including Photoshop, InDesign, Gimp, and iMovie to make drawings, animated GIFs, and short films.
As of mid-October, we began opening our studio to a small number of artists again, but are continuing virtual programming as well.
Below is a gallery with some screen-shot highlights from the past few months of remote services. Check out our COMMISSIONS page to learn more about ways to work directly with CCW artists online.
