Lucia Castrogiovanni (b. 1977) works at our Wynnewood studio. She is tireless, known for embroidering all day, every day---even on the weekends! Castrogiovanni's practice includes drawing, painting, and embroidery. She creates sensitive portraits of celebrities and historical figures, often placing them on pillows. Castrogiovanni especially loves working on commissions. When she is not making art, Lucia loves to read books from Oprah's Book Club.
