Darren Fabia (b. ) joined Center for Creative Works in 2023 and works at our Wynnewood studio. Fabia works primarily in colored pencil, pastel, and acrylic. He approaches the surface of his work in a systematic and expressive way: first moving back and forth from the upper and lower edges---sky and ground---and then addressing the middle of the composition. Fabia's work always has a landscape element. Fabia enjoys keeping track of holidays and playing video games in his spare time.
