Center for Creative Works in West Philly!

Through December 19th 2024, visit CCW's Art Hub, a pop-up shop, art gallery and studio space on Penn's Campus. We'll host a rotating group of CCW artists working on special projects in the space, as well as art exhibitions with artwork and products for sale.

• Hook&Loop - Wednesday, September 4th / Thursday, September 26th

​

Hook and Loop is a Philadelphia-based accessible artist collective and network led by Disabled, Chronically Ill, Neurodivergent, and MAD adults. We work slowly and with our fluctuating capacity. Please join us at CCW Art Hub as we get ready for our exhibition this coming October and November. We will use CCW to make physical artwork related and based on our digital archive Undue Burden, an exhibition and workshop series of events based on the documents and lives of our members. We are here!

• POSITION in concert, with opening sets by CCW artist Owen Ahearn-Browning and Frances Cordie / Friday, August 30th from  6 - 9pm

• ROOM RAIDERS Back to School Sale / Saturday, August 31st 1pm - 6pm 

A housewares-themed exhibition to get ready for the new school year. Shop for pillows, mirrors, lamps, clocks, dishcloths, bags & backpacks, framed posters, and more! Anyone with a student ID gets 15% at checkout. Also featuring some work by artists from Studio Route 29 in Frenchtown, NJ.

• JIMSOBBINS/CINDY 7 - Nylon - Indigo Ranch - The Shield in concert / Wednesday, September 4th from 6 - 9pm

• FUNFLOWER - a concert featuring musicians from Studio Route 29 and Center for Creative Works / with a special Disco Kitchen fashion show preview! / Thursday, September 5th from 6 - 8pm

Center for Creative Works and Studio Route 29 are thrilled to invite you to an evening of music featuring performances from CCW and Studio Route 29 in Frenchtown, NJ. Enjoy a wide range of musical stylings brought to you by our talented artists!
